BARBELL FOR BREAKFAST
Series of 9 sessions. Learn functional barbell movements to improve your strength, power, mobility, coordination, so you can dominate i your life. Looking good (and cool!) may result in a side benefit.
Mobility is not "sexy" but it is the foundation of what is possible for you to become stronger, faster, and to be injury free ('cause it sucks being on the bench).

Ready to face your WHEADY MILE?
A "wheady mile" is the last mile or so of a journey that, for some reason, seems to take much longer than it should. It feels as though you're about to cross the finish line and collapse in the dirt, but instead there are still more twists and turns and then, even when the race is over, you still have to find your car and drive home.
Mind you, a Wheady Mile is better than a Pisgah sight, which is when, like Moses on Mount Pisgah looking at the Promised Land, you can see something whilst knowing that you'll never get there.

I am an athlete who became the coach I was looking for but never found. Caring, I am committed to see you evolve in your own journey as a strong athlete and a successful person.
I am a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, certified Spartan SGX Coach and Course à Pied .ca running coach. I possess over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and competitive endurance athlete. I walk the talk. The trails and the gym are like my second home. Check out my athletic resume.
